Founders:
The company founders, Gerald Metcalf and Steve McElwee, are both 50% owners and will handle the day-to-day operations of the business and will work collaboratively to ensure that the needs of our clients are met. Steve will focus on the front-office functions such as sales and operations, while Gerald will focus on the back-office functions such as finance and administration.

Gerald Metcalf has a strong background in manufacturing, operations and sales management. He has held senior management positions with Fortune 100 companies such as Schlumberger, Mead and Hewlett-Packard. Gerald holds a BBA degree in Marketing from the University of Houston and an MBA degree in Industrial Management from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. His professional credentials include CPIM (Certified in Production & Inventory Management) from APICS - The Association of Operations Management, AAMS (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) from the College of Financial Planning, Series 7 (General Securities Registered Representative License), Series 63 (Uniform Securities Law License) & Series 66 (Investment Advisory Agent License) from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA, formerly NASD) as well as a Life, Health and Long Term Care Insurance License from the Texas Department of Insurance.

Steve McElwee attended San Jacinto College and has an exceptional, hands-on background in welding, welding inspection, quality control, API inspection, supervision and management. He was most recently the Sales Manager for Conam Inspection in Deer Park. Steve holds numerous certifications including the AWS-CWI and API 510/570/653. He is the Vice President of the Association of Plant Inspection Professionals (APIP). He also holds memberships in API, AWS, ASNT and NACE.

From Houston take the Gulf Freeway (I-45) south to Bay Area Boulevard. Take Bay Area Boulevard east. After passing State Highway 3 and El Camino Real, look for the stop light at Diana Lane and take the first right after passing through the light onto Royal Crest. Our building is the second building after turning right. Take a left into the parking lot just past the blue "For Lease" sign. We are in the middle of the building on the first floor. Look for our name above the door.
From Pasadena or Baytown take State Highway 225 and to the Sens Road exit and proceed south on Sens Road. Sens Road becomes Bay Area Boulevard after you pass the Spencer Highway intersection. Continue on Bay Area Boulevard passing through Fairmont Parkway, Red Bluff and Space Center Boulevard. The second stop light after Space Center Boulevard will be Saturn. Pass through the light and take your first left on Royal Crest. Our building is the second building after turning left. Take a left into the parking lot just past the blue "For Lease" sign. We are in the middle of the building on the first floor. Look for our name above the door.
